LOOK at the sytems they are running. At legitreviews they have a 3960k with a 7750 not even pulling 200 watts.

At techpowerup they have a nehalem i7 with practically the same results.


The op is running a 35 watt i3.....

There is an indivual on OCN running a overclocked 3770k and a gtx 680 on a 360 watt power supply. Gimme a min ill try to look for it.

I think you are SOL too, for these reasons:

1) Your PSU is rated 250W but probably closer to 230W, and even lower +12v (I would guess under 200W +12v).

2) The case has NO case fan. A passive graphics card higher end than the absolute lowest would fry itself.

Now, if you would consider tossing that Apex case and getting something better...
