Case Fan setup advice

Thread Starter
I just got my h100 in the mail, I currently have an h50 in push pull as an intake in the rear of the case(haf 932) a 200mm fan exhausting air out of the top, 4 120mm fans on the side panel as intake, and another 200mm fan in the front as an intake, I also have 2 reference 680s exhausting their heat out the back . Now with the h100 I will have to remove the top fan that's exhausting and use that for the radiator and set it to intake, the rear of the case with the h50 will be removed, should I just set that as exhaust. Not sure if that's enough for exhaust. Any advice on fan setup would be appreciated, thanks!

I'd set the case up to pull in as much cool air as possible. The graphics cards will be just fine since most of their cool air intake is coming from the side panel fans. As for the CPU I'd replace the current fan port that your H50 is mounted in with an exhaust fan pulling hot air out of the case, and I'd mount the H100 with both of it's fans pulling air in through the top of the case. If you mount the H100 with the fans pulling air from the inside of the case through the top, you will loose a considerable amount of performance since a lot of heat rises off the backs of the graphics card PCB's.
