I was able to get it up to 2.8 @ 1.425v. It was still getting hot though, working at around 53 - 55C under load, and I stopped it after about 20 minutes to go to bed.

I'm very sure it will go more, my cooling doesn't seem to be cutting it though..
I don't know anything about the Asus StarIce... But perhaps another cooler will improve your performance. You could always start out by re-seating your HSF after lapping it and use AS5 as a TIC.

Good to know that you have had an improvement.

Make sure they're set on different cores or you'll see an error every time. CTRL+ALT+DEL -> go to task manager and under the processes tab right click and set affinity. Make sure one is checked as core 0 and the other as core 1. Then try it.

If you're referring to SuperPi, I did just as you've said. And i would continually get the error. But, I'm depending on Prime95 at this point, as I could get a more bug free torture out of P95.

I will definitely look into a better HSF. I'm thinking the Zalman, as 90% of folks tend to have that.

I'm gonna put back to stock 1.35v tonite and run 2 P95s and see what that does.
