If you tidy your cables out with the cable ties provided, you'll easily be able to close side panel

The side of mine is a MESS, I just tied them down and separated it as best as I could and the side panel went on fine

Just make sure fat cables are by themselves and don't put anything in front of them as it may be a struggle then

Only issue I had was there's so many fan connectors for the fan control and I pushed the ends into the HDD box as had loads of room in there (who uses like 10 HDDs!)

I probably haven't made it sound very good but honestly, the side panel is perfect as it comes out at the middle to bottom to provide lots of extra room. If you took your time to tidy up and cable tie them, it'll look perfect and no room issue, not that there is anyway even if you're not very tidy
( but I majorly recommend using cable ties, it comes with tons)

I have all of my Hue/Fan Controller, PSU, Fan, Thermal Sensor, USB 3, and just about any wire in the chassis sleeved. I was able to close my side panel no problem. Probably 60 different wires or so. The tip for cable management (in any case, ever made) is to start out cable managing. If you have to move things later, fine, but at least you can keep organised out of the gate and add/remove/move wires as needed. Typically I keep wires separate based on what kind of wire I am managing to ensure that should I ever have to troubleshoot or add/subtract later, I know what I'm looking at and can trace it easily.

Room is PLENTY! you can hide your sister in it and Sidepanel wil slide in easely!

Good to hear. I had a HAF922 before, and it actually had more room for cables than the Haf X, which is mind boggling. I am definitely considering getting this tower.... just have to decide which color. Maybe Gunmetal. biggrin.gif

You should really quote what you're replying to

Anyone else have issues with left side panel being a struggle to come off? Right side comes off smoothly but almost have to pull off the left to get it out

The thumbscrew on the latch is probably too tight. Loosen that a little bit and the panel should come right off.

I took all 3 thumb screws off because I thought they may have been the issue, but nope. It's like it's trapped on something but dunno
