Your mobo should have an area where you can plug your monitor into, instead of the video card

Feeling stupid at the moment, but it's either your mobo or the CPU that has a built-in video card (it's bad, but it'll get you by for testing)

You'll need to completely take out the video card though, as it'll probably still try get power while plugged into the PCI slot and your mobo will still detect it

That is a 180 dual rad at the top the biggest I think posible to fit with push/pull config.
I went for a single mpc655 vario and I am glad I did 24v it as it wasn't quite enough with 12v it was making a cavitating kind of noise untill I upped it to 24v and it made it sound smooth.
I went for intake top front and bottom and exhaust side and rear. the reason clean cold air for all rads and also I have found that in 2 months I have had this case that dust will build up from the front filter doesn't seem to work too well, so I would recomend putting another filter on the fan directly as this fan was obviously the main culpret beause of the dust I cleaned off.
I guess having too many exhausts made the case negative pressure and it sucked dust from every little crack and mesh hense wanting to change the configuration around.
Also for those who don't know the whole top of this will simply unscrew. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Looks great! That's an incredibly thin 240mm rad you managed to squeeze in there on the HDD rack, wow. I had to do a bit of google searching to come up with the model type... it looks like Thermaltake doesn't make that one anymore?

Amazing! I'm anxious to see the completed project. thumb.gif

I reformatted and was ready to install windows update and drivers and my pc was running for a good hour and i wasn't done with upgrades and bam my screen went black and pc restarted again!! Any idea what it is now? Is it my video card? Motherboard? Or cooler? Temps look normal. I wonder what is causing this!

Hum, really the only problem I've had with random black screen resets has been due to a finicky gpu driver. You could try to view your event log and see if there is a persistent problem but when I have driver issues like that, a random black screen reset can happen even if I am just watching YouTube... I even had one when I was ripping a CD once. Reading the event log didn't help for me because all I'd find was the kernel error for the random power reset. I recently did a full registry sweep of my nVidia drivers and reinstall and have been fine so far. Found some old leftovers from my AMD card in there as well that I dumped. No problems since then. Perhaps you can try a different driver version? Maybe the one you are using now has become problematic.

Ok fellas i am back. After gruesome hour of memory test ram and the test had 100% good results. Nothing was wrong. Just finished tweaking my SSD and reinstalling Windows update right now as the moment. Before i did all that after the memory test. I shut the PC down and took out my ram 1 by 1 and seated it again nicely and reseated my video card.
Did re-enter bios to set XMP profile since all motherboards default start at 1333mhz and my ram is 1600mhz.

Cannot be driver issue cuz i just reformatted and currently using driver 306.97 cuz it's the best driver for my card for BF3. I don't like the new ones i heard bad things about it but wouldn't hurt to try down the road. So far my pc is running.

I really don't know what else to say but hope my problems are solved. Memory test shows NO errors. So it's not my ram. The only culprit i can guess is the motherboard bios maybe i don't know.

I'm just stumped right now. I'm installing Windows Update as of the moment. I won't know til i play BF3 later today to see if it's everything alright.

Otherwise i'll have to save up some money and get an Sandy or Ivy or i could always get the same stuff i have but meh.

I just am tired of problems.

I never had problems before moving it to a new case. I bet it had something to do with the motherboard. So far temps look normal with my H100 cooler. NO i am not using H100i. Just the other ones.

Still wanna know how ppl got their face logo lit up on the corsair cooler but i think that's for Cooler Link controllers and i didn't buy it cuz i don't need it cuz i am not running extra fans anyways. Don't need to.

I'll keep ya updated. I wanted to once say again thank you for your patience and time and help.

Hopefully i can learn a great deal what the real problem is and i assure it was the motherboard or ram not seated 100%

Still didn't make sense if my computer was idle fine last night for 6 hrs and 44 mins and i started gaming for an hr and it black screened me and restarted. Seems video card issues maybe or it wasn't SITTING right i dunno rofl..

Just baffled and frustrated but i am a patience person and i am sure it's running 100% good right now.

Otherwise i may have to resort to taking this to the shop and i DON'T want to because i don't trust local PC shops. That's just me bro.

wow ok this sucks after i finished updating i had to restart my pc and it was completing windows update after a fresh install os on my ssd and anti virus update. the pc black screened and i saw monitor led blue light blink softly and i looked at my case and my vram led was lit again and pc kept restarting. it cannot be my ram cuz i did a memory test for an hr and nothing failed. so only theory i have is my video card is dying or older drivers shouldnt be used on my card anymore? or its my motherboard dying? dude i have 800 watts psu. i dont see how i am having failure so the only solution i could think of is my card or drivers again or motherboard? cannot be my cooler cuz pc was in idle and temps are way normal. I am using my cell browser. So bear with me. I need to visit asus club but it takes forever to browse. Can someone go there and see if someone can bump into this thread

Okay i am once back on my desktop. I am gonna install the latest driver on my Evga 560ti Classified. I don't see why it could be the drivers since this is a fresh reformat and i always used the older drivers 306.97 version ever since then for BF3. I never had no problems. So i'm downloading the recent drivers to see if the behavior changes. IF the computer restarts itself once again then maybe it is a motherboard issue?

Not the video card?

Now my pc magically works cuz i disabled the annoying cpu fan errors in bios but i still wonder why i had strange plms. Anyways im updating. Need a break im logging out.
