Yea, I did remove the front panel actually. It was a big pain because one of the clips was incredibly stubborn and refused to come off, I thought I was going to break it.

I will try that tomorrow after work I'm definately too tired to try it today and I would like to actually use my computer for a little instead of digging in it.

Thanks for the tips. I will try to put up some pics of my setup once I get this all sorted out. Though I'm still lacking a custom water cooling loop and individually sleeved wires its still clean. biggrin.gif

I know how you feel. That happened to me too. The front panel is very fragile and you'd wanna take your time opening it instead of pressuring the tabs that hard. I know cuz i snapped mine off but i managed to superglue it and it's been solid ever since. I ain't worried because i have another Phantom lol.

In fact you can order front panels at their website i believe. It's such a strong good solid case.

Does anyone know where is the best place to buy NZXT fans? I wanna get some extra fans instead straight from NZXT cuz they don't have them all listed to sell. NewEgg is the place to go?

Any ideas?

I'll look around.

And did you know that if you push the hue knob on the 820 it turns back to the pink so I have to say your problem is either the switch or the pcb

Negative, its not the eyes when changing the colors makes the fans look like they are spinning lower, they really are spinning lower every light change, holding down the button, changes the color kind of pinkish and the front led's white but makes the fans spin faster, a buddy of mine has this connection module that plugs inbetween the fan and the case controller and tested it the fans spin 250 rpm faster when the lights change, so I'm using the nxxt sentry controller now instead of the crap case controller and when i change the lights the fans stay the same speed smile.gif

From what my buddy told me, its because NZXT is actually using the same PCB for both the lighting and the speed controls, causing a latency issue between the 2, basically he told me the board was cheap and very minimum to run the setup its runnig. The NZXT sentry controller I bought works great and keeps the load off the built in controller and looks pretty dam sweet on top of it

So ive had the case for about a week now n now my door panel fan is starting to make this rattleing noise when it spins. Is there anyway to fix this? It sounds like the mount that holds the blades to the motor is loose

I had that problem when I first got the case. Check if the filter that is between the side panel mesh and fan is contacting with the fan blades. If so unbolt it and just attach it to the other side of the fan when you bolt it to the side panel.
