i dont see point of making prime go for a day to see if its stable when its not reliable

How much ram did you make available to test with IBT?

Also, I run LinX for 20 cycles to make sure. I find sometimes that LinX picks up errors IBT misses...

still havent figured how to make it stable, it just doesnt wanto, well iv played for 4 hours now anno2070 without any bsod but idk what causes the issue, it did seem like it was the nvidia driver but idk, it might still bsod tho

i dont see point of making prime go for a day to see if its stable when its not reliable.
like seriously try run Intel burn test for 5 min and look on ur temps with intel burn test set on maximum, do like 5 on maximum
the temps will tell who stresses most,

Not true anymore with these chips. Just because it gets hotter doesnt necessarily mean its stressing all the CPU components or the rest of your system. LinX or IBT are good for 20 runs to stabilise Vcore and get you in the ball park. Then you must run Prime95 (v27.7) Blend with a custom setting with 90% RAM tested. This is the stability test that really stresses the whole system and will crash due to VCCSA, VTT and other problems.

AFAIK IBT doesnt stress the ram very much at all, it just holds the problem in the Ram while the CPU works on it.

The symptoms you are talking about are pretty in line for a system that fails Blend but passes IBT. You probably crash at Idle or when Gaming too.

Another thing, your LLC is on extreme which will mean you are getting huge Vrise at load. So this can mean you have enough Vcore during load at 4.8Ghz but when idle and still at 4.8Ghz your Vcore drops and causes Idle BSODs. Try a lower LLC and raise Vcore. Having a slightly higher Idle Vcore is nothing to worry about.

These seem way too high in my experience and probably causing excess heat:
cpu vccsa volt 1.295
cpu pll volt 2.10625
vtt cpu volt 1.26250
pch 1.1 volt 1.25625

Considering i have 4.6Ghz with:
cpu vccsa volt 1.055
cpu pll volt 1.8
vtt cpu volt 1.075
pch 1.1 volt Default.

iv allready tried blend, i dont only use IBT since i like it, but i do try alot before i come here ask for help, im not a newbie,
i ask simple questions at times to can hear and maybe its something others or myself havent tought of.
i learn and i dont forget what i do learn.

iv tried
Linx linpack 25 min
prime95 blend test 12 hours
IBT 10 cycles

none said it was unstabile
but then i try use pc normally and its BSODing and freezing at times
iv checked with temprature sensors manually and checked with fingers to feel if ram or vrm or anything was hot,
but nothing is getting too hot.

none of the Caps are bulged volts reads are normal with volt meter and bios volts and windows volt checks, psu is saying green lamp
memcheck says ram is fine

iv tried reformat with secure erase also but no luck to get it stable

Try this -> cpu vccsa should be equal to vtt cpu and in same time VTT should not exes 1.2V (reported degradation for values over 1.2V)
CPU VCore 1.4V is exelent but i will say that you have to go in area of 1.45 V -> maybe more
You tested by fingers memory stick for temperature -> try the same for VRM (touch right side of case in area of processor after half of one hour stress test).

What is load Vcore? Idle Vcore? Bios Vcore?

at 4.8ghz its

vcore 1.400 LCC idle 1.432 load: 1.488-1.490
its been stable atm overnight with prime blend
but it does seem fixed

but iv done nothing.

i try keep below red on vtt and so
i am cooling it really well so and about now nextweek i will add 480 to the system so its gonna be better.

iv checked the place on back of motherboard this morning while it was still under load
temps wasnt too bad it wouldnt hurt my fingers if i ever touched from temps

i will try the vtt and equal one. but these volts for cpu are fine for 4.8 since i do not believe cpu is unstable nor do i believe ram is,
most likely just driver thing or so but that would seem really weird since iv tried secure erase

all C1E and those iv disabled. im not running on turbo either
spread is off.

my vrm has fans iv mounted so shouldnt be that
