Is this overclock safe for HD 7850 1 gb ?

I gave some voltage from 1.13 to 1.22 in Asus Gpu Tweak, and later I overclocked in Sapphire trixx. Are these settings safe for my card ? or Will it ruin my card at the end of the day?

no. make sure your core and VRM temps are below 70c and 90c respectively. use HWInfo32 to log temps while running a benchmark or game. Heaven 3.0, 3D Mark 11, BF3 , Crysis 2 are good for stability testing

Don't flash BIOS. save the clock settings in a profile and load them only while you game or run benches. the rest of the time leave everything at stock .

I just downloaded the HWinfo32 , it doesn't show VRM temps just like HWmonitor, GPU-Z, asus-GPU-tweak.

Running a powercolor 7850 2gb here.
