[Anandtech] Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Review (T-Mobile) - The Phablet Returns

Quote:
The story today however is about the Galaxy Note 2, which I’ve been using for one solid week now. Subtract out the time spent battery life testing, and it’s really only a few days, but my experiences and thoughts about the Note 2 really mirror those that solidified with the original Note and the Note 2’s smaller sibling, the Galaxy S 3. It’s an upper bound for smartphone size, but ultimately the right one, if your pockets can handle it.

Does pretty well in the benchmarks. Even beat out the Razr i in a test or two.

It's surprisingly powerful given its age-old A9 architecture and merely an overclocked Mali-400 - the same thing that powered the Galaxy S II.

My brother bought it today and loves it, Says its a bit overwhelming with all the features. He upgraded from the Galaxy 2.

I have the Galaxy 3 and after rooting and putting a custom rom made it 100% more enjoyable.

I would hope so. The RAZR I isn't a high end phone.

I'm tempted to pick one of these up when it hits Verizon. But if they put that stupid Verizon logo on the home button like the leaks suggest, I'm going to keep my Gnex.

It isn't? But even so it still has a 2GHz Atom processor which is pretty powerful.
