Next time it bsods i'll check it, in the mean time...

This is with cpu voltage set to auto, am I missing something here?

1.1v???

also, prime95 keeps instantly crashing, so I'm using IBT.

Hmm, interesting... Can you run it at stock to rule out the cpu? I would double check my memory settings as someone said. Though I did not have any memory stability issues, on auto it was not set at what it was rated for, so I had to manually input my voltage.

What settings in the Bios did you change? is everything on defaults besides your clockspeed?

everything is on auto except for my ram clock, which defaulted to 1333mhz, I changed that to its proper 1600mhz.

I'll return my clock to stock and run prime for a bit.

Yes, please do try it again at stock. Have you tried running memtest to rule out memory problems? I wouldn't think 1.28V at 4.3 would crash instantly like that. Did you change any other settings in the BIOS?

Ok, finally a positive update.

I went back and checked the default ram timings, they were all wrong, turns out the website I bought them off listed the incorrect figures mad.gif. I switched them to the correct values, and started prime. That was 10 minutes ago, and it still hasn't crashed. I know 10 minutes isn't a long time but considering it would instantly crash or workers would stop, I think we're getting somewhere.

Not only that, but my temperatures are looking great as a result of running the voltage on auto, right now they're sitting at 56c average.

So far so good mate. Just keep an eye on your temps. Watch them closely. thumb.gif
