Update: I called Asus Tech Support and explained to them what had happened. I told them the same thing here, except that everything was powering on and it wouldn't last more then one sec. I also just finished my build yesterday and I had it running about 3 hours (everything was running smoothly) prior to me flashing the bios.
So they told me that motherboard was not problem as it was powering on everything (case fans, thor logo/lights. power supply fan, mobo memory light, a red light by the cpu), more likely the Bios chip got corrupted. I noticed that the computer is trying to turn on, but the problem is it can't communicate with the OS meaning that the Bios is corrupted.
