just whipped this skin up over the last few days. going for the minimalistic approach, as well as seeing if a dynamic desktop is possible. No icons or links on the main desktop, just the glorious FLCL wallpaper. If you mouseover Naota, the vector image I made appears (uses the button meter) and when clicked it makes the button taskbar as I like to call it, appear. click again and it goes away. the FLCL in the bottom right links to different things as well, L for LoL, C for the C: drive. don't have a use for the other 2 yet, but this is still a work in progress. Please give any feedback, and suggestions for other things I can try to make. was thinking of making one of the letters pull up a window with all of my stats (net up/down, disk space, etc) but I feel like it might take away from that minimal feel.

Never understood the appeal for Rainmeter. Until I started using Rocketdock. It was 4 months later that I had _everything_ on RD. I'll give this a whirl as my first RM try out.
had a fatal error.

I think it looks great and is obviously an innovative way to get the information you need from your computer. I really love the color scheme but all of that red would wear on my brain after a while.
You do have a somewhat, minimalist design going on while also not being static and boring/flat. Personally, I'd try integrating the clock into the main graphic a little more or maybe create a hotkey to hide and unhide the clock similar to the way you can hide and unhide the "button taskbar". Doing so would simply add to the minimalist feel.
