3570k OCed to 4.6

Thread Starter
Hello people.

Today I got my 3750 and Asus A8Z77-v LK, and through some trial and error, I've gotten it to 4.6, and it seems stable enough. Just ran it though IBT 20 times and no problems, so I'm going to run it though prime tonight, however, I have a couple of questions.

1: What is the max temp reccomended for testing/burning. For me, I for 78/85/84/77 for cores 1/2/3/4. Does that seem a little high?

2: the voltage I have it at is 1.36 max for the VCore. Is this also a little high? Worried about degradation and all that jazz. Is this a safe 24/7 temp and voltage?

Also, it's watercooled with a Rasa waterblock on a 360 rad, so I think I'm covered there. I'm just worried about murdering my little buddy,

Now to update my sig rig...

Edit: 4.6 turned out to be a little unstable. 4.5 seems to be the sweet spot.

Those temps are getting up there but they are still ok, especially for IBT which gets much hotter then normal. You're good to go thumb.gif
