So here are the specs for each

I've already decided to go with a mini itx case, and there seems to be no AMD f2 mini itx boards on the market atm

I need wifi, and I'm looking for something cheap. Probably going to be putting in a i3-3225 processor inside. So out of these two which would you pick?

Honestly. I think the Zotac board is ugly, but it has an extra SATA port which is something I'm looking for. It's not like I will be opening this case much, but I have no previous experience with Zotac.

Its likely going to be a toss up between price and features - the Zotac has more features (more SATA, space for a mPCIE SSD) though the Gigabyte may be a bit more reliable and should have a more featured BIOS. If its me? I would go with the Gigabyte if I don't need more than 4 SATA devices
