Question about VRM phases

I`m buying a new computer, and a will get Intel i5 3570K processor. My main problem is that I can`t decide between few MBO-s.

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z77M_PRO/#specifications

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z77V_LE/#specifications

http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme3/

http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=Fatal1ty%20Z77%20Performance

Which of these boards would be better for OC?

This ASUS boards have 6 phase VRM for CPU, and ASRock boards have 8 phase VRM for CPU. I was looking at this list: http://sinhardware.com/images/vrm.jpg

And I see that AsRock uses something that is called "DOUBLER" and that doubles the VRM phases, so in fact this ASRock boards have 4 VRM phases but doubled.

Can someone explain to me is it better for OC to have 4 doubled (8) phases like AsRock, or 6 clean phases like ASUS?? Also, ASUS has digital PWM, and ASRock has analog.

Or ASUS uses 3 phases and doubles that to 6? I`m not sure any more. Can`t find that information

are you deliberately going with MicroATX? If the P8Z77M Pro dropped the M then i'd go with that

So the P8Z77 Pro would be the baord to go for, don't even look at the LX.

it depends on the VRm quality really, the amount of true phases will come into play if there is a lack of output capacitors or same MOSFETs and different configurations.

Better MOSFETs if what you want, no DPAKs, more MOSFETs per phase is also good. RDS(on) being lower is better.

I have rating on my VRm list, then can help you out, but at the request of a few people I left out total ratings. however if I was to rate, i would weigh MOSFET quality the most, PWM the second(includes downgrade for use of doublers), and then output filter(indcutors and capacitors).
