Any1 have experience with support from this company?

I have ticket opened with them for couple of days now.

Ticket is not even assigned yet, no response, nothing.

Please advise,

I've had that same experience from submitting a ticket....

I had one go at least 3 weeks before someone got back with me. Personally, I don't think that they have enough people in "United States" support to handle issues quickly.
