re check your wires, last time that happened to me, but my 12v psu cable I found wasn't plugged all the way in even if it seemed like it was.

Like I said, it's never a good idea to trust a PSU that comes with a computer case.
Yes, there are exceptions, but I don't deal with exceptions when it comes to this because there aren't enough of them.
I hope that your system wasn't hurt by this Raidmax PSU.

I don't want to sound like I think you're stupid or anything, but the only thing I can think of is that you may be forgetting to plug something in such as the EPS12V. I mean, I am totally stumped.
