This, for me it's gotten to the point where using Windows 7 just feels clunky and old fashioned.

I've been using it for a few months and zero problems. I think a lot of people dont know that you dont have to use the metro interface, simple press of the windows key and its gone but my impression is that its basically the program menu.

I don't understand why he made windows 8 and it's a fail.

The only reason I am using windows 7 right now is because of the Windows 8 GUI even with a 3rd party menu bar it just doesn't work as well for me as Windows 7 does even though there are huge improvements in Windows 8 that I would love to have in Windows 7 like being able to PAUSE a file transfer.

I do not see the point in switching to Windows 8. In my eyes, windows 8 is just another windows vista. Windows 7 was pretty great, why try to change something that isn't broke in the first place?

Its not a vista at all.

For me so far, Windows 8's speed made it so i can't go back to windows 7.biggrin.gif

I simple just mean it in the point of how Windows XP was pretty great and then windows vista came out and they changed it when it didn't needed to be changed. I feel the same way towards windows 8. Its not that i think Windows 8 is a horrible operating system, its just that i feel that they changed something that did not needed to be changed. Call me stubborn but i will use windows 7 until something better (in my eyes) comes out.

Nope. No reason to change. Waste of money.
