[TF] Megaupload Can’t Come Back Online, U.S. Tells Court - Page 6

Huh, oh pity. We are not talking about how they search his home, you know that? A generalized search warrant is easily fixed. In the united states, you just refile the paper work.

The rest of your sources seem to be anti government and more concerned about muck racking then facts. The bottom line, we have no clue what is going on. We will have to wait and see.

But the justice department broke several laws and none of them are going to jail?
So if we are to know that in a COURT a half truth is a WHOLE lie then T = truth and L = lie
1/2T = 1L
and T = 2L (one truth is equal to two lies)
assuming that a lie is bad and wrong and a truth is good and right
1 Right = 2 Wrongs
So are they contradicting themselves or is mathematics now wrong?

lmao....I have always heard that saying but I have never seen the mathematical formula why it is.....too funny.

In my view this is all mostly irrelevant because the prosecution seems to be using this as a tactic to keep him confounded long enough to push his clients into other businesses. Probably why the seizure was so clusterbombed in the first place. Sticking something like this to the DOJ is going to take a long time... Sad state of the U.S. legal system, in case you're not familiar.

Honestly, looking at the evidence, he is accused of pretty grievous offenses. That seems to be pretty clear, but I have not seen that actual evidence against him, so he is innocence until guilty.
You like to talk about what you think they have done illegally in this case, because so far, they have followed the law.

What like weapons of mas(s) destruction?

Yea. Totally sure he had those. Dem computars are powerful!

Guilty into proven innocent. Hate it more than twice.

Indeed, I remember the mass banning he would do to people who earned top $$$, claim the files were copyright infringement then keep all the files online. Buddy of mine earned 100,000 to 250,000 hits every week for MU, they banned him and cried copyright violation....every single link was online and downloadable 1 month AFTER he was banned. He just earned too much and they kept the free hits for themselves.

So much ignorance and misunderstanding in this thread it is almost funny.

Did I say it was a serious comparison? Seems you are the one misunderstanding things. If disagreeing with an analogy makes me ignorant so be it. Just another hit to my interwebz self-esteem. thumb.gif

I can't tell you how much it frustrates me that I give up soo many personal liberties in the name of "patriotism".

There are two things that get in the way of intelligence over here, a certain thing that I can't mention and patriots.
