I believe your motherboard is the problem, I'v head that with the Ivy it can be a challenge to overclock past certain limits unless you've got Z77 board.

So it's impossible on current mobo?
Damn so I need to change it to some Z77 chipset board, which one should I buy?

I need SATA 3, USB 3.0, min. 1600MHz for RAM.

MSI Z77A-G41?

NO its not impossible. You can overclock in that board. The bios functions for overclocking are just probably disabled. Let me look through the manual for you

Edit : Upon entering the bios the oc functions are on the left hand side

There are but I can only change "CPU Ratio" to max. 38, I don't see any options about "CPU Voltages" only information about "DRAM Voltages".
