Even in safe mode, none of my virus programs are running... I've even tried downloading them (and other virus programs) onto a flash drive (from my other computer) and then tried using them through my flash drive, but they won't run either...

Those you listed are not a Virus. They are listed below. I am not sure where you got the information that this is a virus, but NONE of them are.

You will not be able to do anything with certain types of a Virus..ie. Trojan's/Worms. They take over your computer and the only way to fix them after it gets that bad is to re-install windows and then run a scan on your drive after you install.

Try installing the free version of Avast and select to a search at startup.
I've had good luck with Malwarebytes too.
Though the best answer with any virus is a system re-image...or otherwise re-installing Windows.
However, none of those exes you listed are viruses. If you have one it is probably running on a svchost or something.
And the Chrome on your two machines are not connected. The Chrome could be not working right on one. I'd try to re-install Chrome before going on a virus hunt.

LOL Chrome usually shuts down on mean, like stated when my Ram is overclocked, not enough VCore, or my GPU has insufficent voltage also. Happens when my GPU ram is overclocked too.

Do I seriously have to re-install Windows??? Is there any other way besides having to do that?! If I take the hard drive out of my desktop and hook it up to my laptop, will the virus latch onto my laptops hard drive do you think, or will I be able to plug in my hard drive from my desktop into my laptop without spreading the virus to my laptop, or...?
