Dude...Trust us. Re-install windows. It is going to be the only fix. I don't know how many more times we have to tell you what you need to do. Are you even reading our posts? RE-INSTALL WINDOWS.

Yes, I've downloaded Malwarebytes, ClamWin, AVG, and Avest, and it doesn't matter what any of these programs are installed onto (flash drive, portable HDD, main internal HDD) NONE of these programs run AT ALL!! I ALSO can't run like 80% or more of my other programs.

Then you're going to have to fresh install windows. Save any data then reformat and reinstall.

You can't run any of your programs because you have a virus and need to re-install windows. I am not understanding what the big deal is with that. All the time you took to type all this on here, and download programs you could have had a fresh install of windows and all your problems gone.

That what i mean it sounds more like an error, from the operating system, all files listed above are normal windows file.
You only be VERY suspicious if you see more then one csrss.exe's running.
