I have a Swiftech adjustable d5 pump. Once i get it to start (which usually requires banging it rather sharply) it runs like a champ, but it almost never turns on simultaneously with the computer. New D5 on same lead starts up and runs just fine.

Seems like a loose connection or something within it, anybody have any ideas/solutions?
