I have a 250GB Hitachi, formatted for Linux, but I need it for Windows, and windows won't recognize it, yet has it listed in Device manager. How can i format it to NTFS?

- Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.
- Within this window, select "Storage > Disk Management".
- The right panel of Disk Management module should show all the drives you currently have in your computer. Right click on your Hitachi drive to either reset the partition and/or format it.
