You can do a clean install.. No need to do an upgrade.

Boot up from the install and put in your key and select "Custom Install" format the drive and install.

I did this on my 3 PCs

I have DreamSpark through my school. I bought the upgrade for my desktop and downloaded another copy free from DS for my laptop. :wheee:
