Not really. What you described there is simply called a competitive market. You make something nobody else has, thats cool, but once you release it your competition is going to analyse the hell out of it and come up with their own versions. Healthy competition, nothing more.






If the UK was as backward as the US over stuff like this you would see every manufacturer suing eachother with rediculous statements like "you copied our TV design!" "No! YOU copied OUR TV design!" See where I'm going here with all this patent rubbish?
