As the title suggests, i want to put a block on my 7970, but i am indifferent in picking between the EK or the koolance water block. Which one has a better build quality and i've heard that koolance blocks usually tend to have a few problems over time, is this true? Thanks in advance

You're going to get a ton of anti-ek hate in lieu of the nickel problems, but just grab a copper block from them and go.
