Our government is very out of touch.

Isn't the iPad jailbreak method the same as an iPhone since they use the same OS? Good luck enforcing it.

So phones can jailbreak but not tablets.

So what about a Galaxy Note II which is a phablet?

They should really stop making laws for things that they don't know about. Another reason why congress needs to be fully changed from the bottom up. The new generation vs the old generation (who absolutely have no idea what they're talking about when they're making laws in regards to tech)
