I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue yet, but has anyone found a way to prevent Skype from integrating with MSN? I just noticed when I am logged into the new Skype for Windows 8, if I get a message from someone on MSN, I get a notification in both Messenger and Skype. I have no idea why it's doing this.

Skype is owned by Microsoft and they fully integrated Skype into Windows 8 when you install it. As far as I know, there is no way around it.

It's annoying getting two notifications for a single instant message. Especially if you had the entire conversation in Skype, the moment you go back into Messenger your screen is FLOODED with notifications for the entire conversation.

What's irritating me more is that I can only have one Skype account setup with the new Skype app. My fiance uses Skype to call her mother in Italy and I need a way to log out, so she can log in under her username. Looks like I'll have to install the old legacy version...
