New HD's to raid0.

Well , i bought a 200gb hd from ryguy's sell, i was gonna use it for my own hd, but my father bought it from me to his office pc.
So now i want 2Xhd's to raid0.
My questions are:
Will 16mb cache be alot of diffrence from 8mb cache?
I only have 3 3.5" bays , that will be full after i buy the new hd's , will my hd's overheat?
Is raid0 better than 10K hd?
thanks!

The raid will not overheat. As long as you have adequite airflow in your case. Mine never has. 16mb and 8mb will not make much of a diff. And the 10k vs raid is debateable.

What about the space, i'm gonna use it to store all of my music, games , 1GB of docs, and lots of downloads(legal ones).
Would 160(80x2) be enough?
Or should i go for 320(160x2)?

With the price of HDD's at the moment, I don't see why you wouldn't just go for a pair of 250's. For the price of a single 10k, I got 2x250 with 16MB cache and I couldn't be happier. It'll be like $20 difference from 2x160.
