None, considering you don't have a CPU. I'm assuming you want a high-end Trinity CPU to go in your HTPC, and as far as that goes, you can maybe squeeze out 60FPS at 720P, med settings for most newer driving simulators. Also, make your own thread about your inquiry as it's offtopic.

That X264 HD performanec is very interesting. It's as if AMD has multimedia in the bag, but why do their stocks suck?

Depends entirely on how they come out on the power/heat side of the equation. The improvements that AMD is bringing into Steamroller are exactly what it needs, but if they can't keep their clock speed high...
