Stream 1080p MKV using Serviio and it lags horrendously

I'm using the rig in my signature and I am attempting to setup a media server for the 55" Sony HX850 TV I will be getting tomorrow. I've got Serviio setup to stream the MKV's and they show up in the web browser. But when I play 1080p or 720p content, it stutters.

My troubleshooting steps were as follows:
  • The played files were off a 4TB RAID0 array, so I put a single file on my RAID0 SSD's = Still Stuttering
  • Moved the swap file location for Serviio to the SSDs = Still stuttering
  • Have all 8 cores checked for transcoding = still stuttering
  • disabled transcoding = still stuttering

I can't really think of any variables left to eliminate. My CPU usage isn't high, maybe 30-40%, but my OC'd 2600k at 4.4 should be able to handle this fine.

Is serviio just not capable of doing 1080p??

If you have any other way to stream 1080p MKV's from a PC to a Sony HX850 TV besides Serviio, I'm all ears. Even if it requires buying another piece of hardware.

Try k-lite code pack along with media player classic?

Would that stream it to a TV? The tv can still connect through DLNA?

Well it turns out everything is working fine. The TV can receive 1080p content without any isues, but my other sandy bridgebuild can't use the web GUI to stream content. Not a big deal, since I won't be watching media on that box, just the TV.

So everything is working fine from Serviio to the TV at this time, thanks for the help.
