Most will have a call center you should be able to get a hold of someone, or if you have online banking you might have some options there as well.

Sorry this happened to you all frown.gif

Hmm, your bank should have 24 hour customer service just for this specifically. Def try to get ahold of them sooner rather than later.

Maybe you should edit the OP and pull the links so that more people don't "get in on this deal".

OP/thread title edited and link removed. I'd like for mods and admins to leave the thread open for now...at least until folks that ordered can post their individual status updates.

Thanks!

i already edited my post with link to them DAYS ago if it is me they are referring to.

i contacted my bank.
i contacted paypal...

i have everything under control now on my side...

i think its funny that after i went to re seller ratings and edited my post, and made it more aggressive with an update and talking about police etc etc,i cannot see it anymore lol.. i would bet they make there money of hiding derogatory posts regarding a particular business that say, pays a little more.... i updated my post there, with this info... now i cant see my post, maybe theyre "approving" it,but i cant find it unless i log into my account... weird

this is the post

btw,. thank you guys for your sympathy... thats why i like it here..

I ordered a barebones laptop on Friday the 26th using their 25 percent off promo... on Sunday they cancelled the order because of some PayPal reason and asked for my credit card.so I re ordered...on Sunday. Every day since Sunday I have called because the guy said that on Sunday I will be getting trackinginfo the same day which is Sunday.. today is Tuesday and still no tracking info or confirmation that it has even shipped. Usually I have to call these guys 1-someone answers... but right now 7pm est I just called 5 times in a row and no answer. This is quite a strange operation... they had better get sending my package or I will be very upset....

Update... today is Wednesday I have call them all day and they're not answering or returning phone calls. A few people have contacted the FBI. I contacted the Santa Clara Police Department and they confirmed there is no such business in the strip mall, called costpi. FRAUD .. blatant fraud stay away. NOW I HAVE YO GO THROUGH ALL THE BS OF CANCELLING CREDIT CARDS ETC ETC. AND COSTPI WILL GO YO PRISON.. THATS how the world turns. J. Ahern 10/31/2012

There's something seriously fishy about this company. I, however, want to get some ACTUAL verification that what they sent people who purchased stuff online is indeed not what they ordered. Basically, all I have read is that a few of you ordered stuff online from there and then decided to withdraw the order quickly afterwards. They DO have a legit excuse that the products are delayed because of the hurricane though.

I for one would never have bought anything there. I mean, places like newegg are selling it to you at the best price you can get. I don't know how much cheaper you can make things.

They don't have a legit address. It's blatant fraud. The company doesn't exist where they say it exists.

To the people who got screwed, I would pursue this to the full extent of the law. People that do this kind of thing don't deserve their freedom.
In progress.

For someone looking to defraud multiple people, this could be a well planned out scheme, to use the hurricane to their advantage. Setup shop in Cali, have a tiny shack in an area of the country about to get slammed and call it your warehouse. Read back a few pages and look at their website creation date and everything around the "company". It all lines up to already betting on their "warehouse" or shipping getting slammed by the hurricane, and they are off the hook long enough to grab some money and flee. As I mentioned before, they either dropped Paypal because of their ease of detecting fraud, or Paypal dropped them due to a large number of disputes in the past week.

Sounds like a decent opportunity to me.

I haven't officially 'called a spaid a spaid'...yet. My package shipped from CA when they originally stated it would ship from Pennsylvania. The package weight on UPS shows .15 lbs when it should be @4lbs. I've attempted to call and email today, no response.

If I get the shaft, their site will not be up more than a day or two. I have a hammer, and it's very large...

Well we will see what happens. I was probably the very first to order and I never received a tracking or anything. I called my bank today and started the dispute process. It was easy enough and they can provide me with temporary credit until the dispute clears. We decided to enter the dispute as no merchandise received which means the company has 15 days to get the product to me from the purchase date until the dispute officially starts. This way if the company makes good and I receive my processor there is no harm done. This whole thing is pretty interesting. I ordered before this thread was ever made so I'm sorta happy others made some purchases so I'm not alone in researching this company lol. If it is a scam, them I'm glad I'm not the one to break news about the company either lol.
