“You were getting the Wii U for 260, because we had a 25% off promotional sale going on. When your order was canceled, we sent you an email with a 25% off coupon code, so that you can place the order again at the same price. Hence, your first allegation is *totally* wrong. We did not have to send you the 25% off coupon, as we reserve the right to cancel any order anytime. However, we did it just for the goodwill, and this is what be get in thanks.
PayPal was removed as an option, because of some policy issues and we hope to resolve the issues soon. And PayPal offering better buyer protection, than the bank who issued your credit card, is not true at all. Please do some research on the Internet and find out how many buyers have lost their money, because PayPal does not take enough steps to recover the money from merchants.

Before claiming a legitimate company to be a fraud, please do some basic research on it. You won't lose anything by posting such comments on a public forum, however, we as a company can suffer huge losses and without even any fault of ours.
And really, one star? One stars are meant for companies that take your money and never send you the product. We issued you a refund instantly, AND gave you a 25% off coupon. We don't know what more we could have done to please you.”
