Hey all,
I recently re-installed windows 7 as well as flashed a different BIOS and have been having issues with my mouse. It seems to be a precision issue as no matter what settings I use I seem to be "forcing" precision with my hand as opposed to having the mouse do the work. For example, if I try and point at a tray icon, I will end up falling short of the icon or just past it and then I have to move it ever so slightly, cramping up my hand to get the desired position.
I have tried a different usb mouse and I still seem to have the same issue. I have tried uninstalling the logitech setpoint driver which did not help either. I have tried using the desk surface and a white sheet of paper and still no luck. I am going to try a PS2 mouse and get back to you.
It sucks because all was well before the fresh windows 7 install and flashed BIOS.
Any suggestions?
I have a logitech mx518 btw
