No your taking it the wrong way my friend. To get the best out off bulldozer, especially when your using high end gpu x 2 it needs to be overclocked. Your performance increase regards your minimum framerates will scale upwards considerably. The higher the clock the better it will become. Fill out your system components in rigbuilder in your ocn user console, top right of screen then when ever you may have a problem in the future, if ever its easier for people to see what you are working with. As your new there will be lots of interesting threads for you, try such things as the bulldozer owners club and im sure there will be one for your gpu`s. Great places for information regards your kit.

edit - you don't have to search, click on the clubs in my signature, two will be useful to you. Amd fx club and the amd crossfire club

So you are overclocked? why the ram speed so low? what ram you using 1333? 3dmark11 if that's your thing loves faster ram, not sure it makes any difference in real world though like gaming. You do know bulldozer supports 1866 out of the box? I use gskill 1600 and I can overclock it to bench at 1866 but will not stay stable in gaming though so I leave it 1600.

The fx club if you read the first page will tell you how to join. Its a good read for knowledge regards our cpu and some really knowledgeable people to help you out regards overclocking and getting the best out of your chip. Believe they have just added piledriver to the club also

Which driver package you using on the gpu set up? the new never settle package will improve your graphics score even further but is suffering from lower cpu/combined score at the moment. I am using it, its a great 20-25% performance increase for free

Worth giving the never settle package a try. 12.11 beta. The performance increase is amazing for just a driver. Some are reporting problems. I have none. For example you could gain 1000-2000 points in your graphics benches.

can always roll back if not liking it or suffer issues. Always do a clean driver install though
