Didn't Apple patent the way to loose prototype phones?

Anyways.... locked, no sim why would you bring such a thing to a bar anyways seems staged as some people already said.

I love it how every single time a phone gets stolen it's in a bar and it always ends up on the internet. Would you not hand it in to the police?

Nope. Perosnally if I found a prototype I'd keep it to myself, wait for them to issue a reward/prize and then then turn it in. Else If no reward is given, throw it on ebay and watch the numbers fly.

It says "Not For Sale" which means you would get sued by Google so no you couldn't sell it so it really has no value.
