[DL] Apple Posts Backhanded Apology in UK That Samsung Did Not Infringe on Its Patents - Page 2

Meh.

Public showings of shrewd behaviour like this only increase the gap that a non apple user would have to jump across to join them.

Apple fanboys will applaud.

Samsung fanboys will fume.

Most others without bias will probably see it as childish and scornful towards another company they very well may respect.

Although it may not seem like it, I count myself as the last option. This is my first Samsung phone, but I'm a long time Apple non-fan for the exact reasons behind my "rage" in this posting. I'm an Android user and Apple are unfairly attacking Android in the courts instead of releasing better products.

It was certainly shrewd of Apple to post this but rather obnoxious in the same respect. They point out towards the end of the notica that the case in the US and Germany SAmsung were found to infringe. Though, the case in the US looks set to be overturned and quite rightly so.

In other news, I'm yet ot see a single person with an iPhone 5, but I see at least one S3 per day (not including my own, or my GF's).

My boss shoots himself in the foot any time I show him something that gives Apple a bad image. He bought when they peaked at $700/share and they're now at $600 I believe. I've told him countless times to invest in Apple's competitors rather than Apple, as their competitors across the board are coming up against them. I showed him when Google climbed over $100 within a few months and he was cursing me out lol.
