I like my Prodigy and I never got to look at a Silverstone SG case before.

I'd say get the SG08 then.
The price premium is a little unfortunate, but you can squeeze a 690 in there if you really wanted to.
It's a fantastic case.

If you plan on using any Asus DCU II cards, pick up a TY-140 to replace the AP181 up top.

It seems that SG07 weighs 4.9kg and SG08 weighs 6kg according to SilverStone's website. I have no idea why.

SG08 has a 10mm solid aluminium front panel, SG07 is plastic with a 1mm thick aluminium plate. Same reason why the FT03-mini (2.5mm thick panels) is 2 kilos heavier than the SG05 (0.6mm thick body).

Thanks for the info. If so, It's either the SG05 or the SG07 for me and I'll think about whether I need that extra GPU length.

Is there any problem with fitting a Corsair H60 in front of the SG05? Any additional things needed to make it work? Is a intake push configuration good?

Yes there is a problem with how to mount the drives if you put a rad in the SG05. I wrote some stuff previously in the product article: http://www.overclock.net/products/silverstone-sugo-sg05-450-mini-itx (scroll down to Troubleshooting/Known Issues)

The Silverstone SG05 with the 450W PSU weighs 3.58kg.

AFAIK the 10.5" long GTX 260 will not fit without modding (I think literally around 0.3" too long), but with a GTX 260 it is about time you upgraded. tongue.gif The SG05 with 450W PSU has been known to run systems with GTX 680, as long as you find one that fits. Not impossible, but you have to pay attention to the card dimensions as they vary in size.

One possibility is to go with something like the Zotac GTX 660 Ti which is not only super short and light in weight, but probably 3x better performance than your GTX 260. I'm estimating performance numbers, but the truth is that it is a lot faster while running cooler, taking less power, being quieter, weighing less. Here is what one looks like inside an SG05 (click for larger image). Plenty of space.
