Look at my build log, in sig, for tips on overclocking the 3570k with an asRock mobo.
Basically, not one of the settings you need to worry about.
Ive been using your guide for awhile but I could not get 4.5 stable. I think I may just have a crappy chipset. p95 has been going now for 3 hours at 4.5 1.35 and so far stable with max temp at 82. Intel burn test did 25 runs before I started p95 and max temps with that was 95. I have spread spectrum disabled, speedstep disabled, and something called C1E? I think. I got work till 9 so Im gonna keep p95 running
Even if it turns out to be stable, bf3 always stutters or jerks around unless I volt the crap out of my cpu for a given clock, whether stock or oc. Any reason why it does that? And is 1.35 safe for my cpu with the given temps so far?
