My brother has a GS3, and myself an iPhone 5, neither of us would trade what we have for the other. It's simple preference of device. I don't really see what is so darned polarizing about it. Different people like different things, lets just move on...
As for Samsung, congrats. The GS3, while as I previously said, is not to my preference, is an excellent device and they're reaping the rewards of putting a quality product into the market. Kudos
The thing with Apple is their outright disrespect towards the customers, between the patent trolling and stunts like the 4s where 95% of the changes could have been done in a software update for the 4. Also, there's significantly less difference between the Iphone 3
and the Iphone 5 then there is between the GSII and the GSIII...

Maybe this will teach Apple to behave, and that the same phone 5 times over isn't tricking people any more.
One of the least enjoyable tasks I've had this year was burning down my DRMaxx HD's battery to zero the day I got it. Spent 4 hours on Hulu using 4G, and then it took another 9 playing Game Dev Story, and it had come out of the box at 70% charge. So bored after the 5th hour of GDS, but I powered through! Love the phone though. A battery trickle of 1-2% per hour is so nice.
