Over the past few months i've noticed a buzzing sound coming from my GPU. Just recently i opened up my pc and concluded that the sound was being emitted from the PSU. The effects of this is that when i load up a game or open a window, the pitch and volume of the sound will change. If i loaded a "call of duty" game, i would look at the floor and the pitch of the sound would be low; it would be a higher pitch if i looked up. My fps in the game would fluctuate alot, the game would skip frequently. I have no idea what this is all about as i am competent with PC hardware, but this has just baffled me. Any ideas on what i should do next?
