help me out here! Help me with voltage settings and multiplier settings.

Bump the multiplier, then bump the voltage, then keep going up on the voltage until it's stable. Intel chips are too easy to overclock, it's almost cheating.

Ok so I am doing a 4.5ghz oc and at max it was running at like 55 while playing world of warcraft. Now the real problem is that its freezing and getting the bsod while doing it. My pc is crashing because of this oc so therefore it is not successful. Here are my settings tell me what you guys think.

If it's freezing and rebooting then up the voltage.

Please read the first post in the thread posted by Davayy. It contains quite a lot of useful info and guides. Follow some of those guides as it will direct you on how to overclock properly and ensure stability. Jusy FYI, gaming cannot be used to test temperature.
