Increase multiplier stepping.
Stress it with prime95 for 2 hours:- If stable then go back into bios and increase multiplier stepping.
Stress again with prime for 2 hours:- If not stable, increase CPU voltage until stable.
Repeat until you have your desired clock speed. When you do, stress for at least 12 hours to ensure it is truly 'stable'.
If you reach the 'wall' where you can't get passed a certain speed without errors or BSODs, and your voltages are as high as you want to go ( safe ) then you have probably reached your limit. All chips are different, some OC well, some don't.

so easy here is what you do

set multipler to 45
set llc to ultra high
give yourself a +.050 offset
set your have voltage and timings example.(9-9-9-24 41 command rate 2t @1.50volts)
(volts for ram is called dram voltage, and timings are under dram timing)

leave everything else on auto use IBT to test temps let it do 50 runs on max and if its stable go back into bios and lower offset voltage 2 step at a time by pressing the - key and retest until your not stable.

easy simple guide from me, there is way more you can do but i believe this should get you there no problem.
