Best AM3+ Motherboards for Vishera?

Thread Starter
I'm currently considering a move to an FX-8320 in the next couple of months but after reading about how some AM3+ boards aren't supporting the new CPU's I was wondering which motherboards are considered to be the best ones to buy right now (for Vishera)? I'd be wanting to overclock to about 4.4Ghz - 4.6Ghz if possible.

Also, if anyone knows anything about AMD launching a new chipset I'd be interested in hearing about that as well.

They look really good but are quite expensive, are there some slightly cheaper motherboards that would be able to do the same thing for a cheaper price? I'm interested in getting one with a USB 3.0 front panel header so that I can connect my cases' USB 3 ports as well.

This one's price is decent for a FX its what I'd buy if I wasn't going to buy the Sabertooth. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131851

Maybe wait for the Black Friday and get a decent board for a lower price?

I know it's expensive but the crosshair v formula z is worth every penny and a little more. Sabertooth is good, stay away from the gigabyte... UD7 is awful compared to Crosshair...

My ga-970a-ud3 does everything you wanted, is cheap, and I'm at 4.6gz on my 8350 with it.
Yes, it's not the "best" one, but you're talking about price and stuff so.

All you have to do is a search here on OCN about Asus support and RMA and you will see a recurring theme. Namely lousy (if any) support. Even going so far as to damage the board and claim user damage so they don't have to honor the warranty. I would not buy Asus. The only complaint I have about my GA970A-UD3 is the northbridge runs hot. I'm hoping that has been fixed with rev.3.0 (redesigned northbridge heatsink).

Interesting, when I said best I meant in terms of the best motherboards at each price bracket. I'm not just looking at the absolute best in terms of performance, I wanted to see the best for each price bracket. While I do like the look and price of the gigabyte boards there seems to be quite a lot of mixed reviews from people about them.
