I asked if it was a Toshiba because Toshiba graphics card usually only allow to Toshiba driver's to be installed.
Anyway if you really wish to install the graphic's driver from the AMD website, it is possible but I don't know if the switchable graphics will work after that.
You have to use 7zip, it's an extraction tool and you have to find the driver inside the ccc installer and add it to the computer manually.
After having the driver installed manually iirc you can install the Catalyst Control Center using the usual setup, it will detect that it has the driver installed and will install it as expected.
Might give some trouble tho, it's not an easy thing... I spent quite sometime doing this to my laptop.
I tried to install the graphic's driver form the AMD but didn't worked.
Do you have any tutorial? Sounds complicated :S
