Error Code 69

EVGA x79 FTW
Intel Core i7-3930K

First Boot and subsequent boots stuck at 69.

According to EVGA's motherboard manual, 69 is North Bridge DXE initialization is started

From what I can gather, I believe this is may be memory related. Going to swap RAM sticks around.

Is there anything else I should be doing or looking at?

What I've Tried (Click to show)

Waiting for it to boot (with fingers crossed)

Cleared CMOS

Switched from BIOS 1 to BIOS 2

Update:

Issue has been resolved.

Swapping the CPU allowed the computer to boot all memory in all slots.
