^This.
Really expensive for some fans that are run with a fan controller.

If you spend that serious money look into the new corsair fans of noctuas.
They work pretty well with the H100.

For one 7970 you dont need 850W PSU.
Rather a 750W and even this wont see the limit.

And just my humble opinion: Why get this 7970 AND buy a aftermarket cooler?
Just buy one that comes with a fancy cooler.
This way you wont have to tamper with the card and maybe even void your warranty.

Can you recommend some better, cheaper fans?

1) Can you recommend me better fans than?

2) I want the 850 as I want to do crossfire 7970's In The future. Or would 750 watts be fine for that aswell?

3) The Aftermarket cooler I picked out is much quieter than any pre-installed aftermarket cooler. Or am I wrong about that?

By the way guys, would it bet better to go with GTX 680's? I Like how The 7970's have better power delivery.

750w would more than handle Xfire 7970s and 3930K, even with heavy OCs. I personally wouldn't get the accelero, just save that $$$ towards watercooling later.

Those fans are extremely expensive, just get some Noctua Fans for the same price and they preform better.

Why spend $100 on an after market cooler for your graphics card? Just get a card that comes with a good cooler or just purchase the gigabyte 680 which is a lot better in my opinion.

Also save some money and get a 750w psu, you can do two 680s in sli even with a 750w power supply.

Lastly, why does your ram cost the same as your motherboard? Are people stupid when it comes to buying ram? I always see everyone getting the Dominator ram when you could just get 16gb of regular corsair ram or any other ram for $70-90 and just overclock it to 2133mhz. Corsair sure knows how to make money by adding two small lights on their ram, titling it Dominator and making it cost 3 times as much as it should.

Forgot to mention that motherboard only has two Sata 6gb/s ports and you have three SSDs. You will be plugging one of those ssds into a sata 3gb/s port which does affect its speed.

Nope. Last thing you want less of is power.

About the graphic card, ditch out the 1ghz model and buy this instead : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202008 Way cheaper, come with a good cooling, and its already oc to 950, which you can further increased with your own oc.

Also i don't really get your 3 ssd? 2 256gb and one 128gb? do you want to raid them? how?

My XFX 750W PSU is rated to continuously power up to 900w. But the 8/6 pin connectors on that card cannot power more than 225w MAX (150 on the 8 pin, 75 on the 6 pin), and actual power draw is significantly less. 225+225+125 on the CPU is only 575w, and though the CPU will use more than 125 when OC'd, the GPUs won't use the full 225. And the less draw you have on a PSU the less efficient it runs. A quality 650w PSU will run all those componentd and more efficiently than a 750w. I only have a 750w because I plan to run dual gous, x79, and a ton of w/c gear eventually.

I would use one of these.
If you choose a 7970 or a 680 is your personal choice, both are so close performance wise.
Just to give you an idea: I have a reference 680 without any fancy cooler.
I never heard the fan of the card and I even render with the card (and of course gaming).
And I have a silent PC with lots of inaudible fans. (Noctua NF F12s @the lowest possible rpms).
So if you buy a card with a decent cooler on it you will be more than good to go.

And a bit this:

I would rather get 2SSDs, raid them if you really need it and one HDD for all the stuff that you dont want to push on your SSDs (e.g. temp internet files).
