Alright, based on what I have read so far, the GTX 560 seems the best way to go. I will look into that and hopefully it might just be what I am looking for. Will this card work on a 500W PSU? Since my CPU is overclocked and I have 1 SSD and 1 HDD, I want to know whether that is a good enough amount of wattage.

500w is fine for ANY single gpu setup. the important thing to know is whether or not the psu you have is actuazlly capable of delivering it's labeled power. also things like efficiency and especially build quality and voltage regulation are important. what model psu do you have?

I have had my PSU for a year and half now.

No, 7850 is the best card in your price range. It is easily better than a 560 and has more VRAM. Your CPU won't bottleneck.

The 560 is a good card and can be found at good prices.

My advice, go used and save even more money, you can buy from someone on the OCN market place if you want.

So regarding my question earlier: Will the GTX 560 work on a 500W PSU? I ask this because my CPU is already overclocked and and I have 1 HDD and 1 SSD, so I want to get an idea if 500 watts is suitable for my setup. Also, this card will not bottleneck right?
I have had my PSU for a year and half now, but I believe I need to replace it as it might be generic, that part is crucial.

If you have a crappy PSU: No.

However, if your PSU is quality then it will run any single card configuration. This has been said above already.
