Bitfenix Prodigy- putting it together HELP NEEDED!

Hello guys. I got all my computer parts, and I've begun to start putting things together, and i'm confused about connecting my fans to my motherboard. First this is my build:

Arctic White Bitfenix Prodigy Case
Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe
Intel Core i5-3570K
MSI N660Ti PE 2GD5/OC (GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB GDDR5)
Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB
Samsung 830 Series MZ - 250GB SSD
Corsair AX 650 PSU
Noctua NH-D14 (CPU COOLER)

My Question: Basically, I have two fans that come with the bitfenix prodigy chasis and I decided to use the noctua nhd14 as my cpu cooler which has two fans as well. Now, I'm wondering, where do I connect all these fans to my motherboard? I only see two spots for the fans on the motherboard. The instruction manual says one for chasis and the other for cpu. Am I suppose to get like an extension of something o.o

I know that it all fits because I've seen builds just like mine before. Help PLZ frown.gif
